I scream, You scream, We all scream for ICE CREAM!

Mr. G’s ice cream parlor and gift shop is a local and tourist favorite! They offer soft serve along with quite a few flavors of homemade ice cream. The waffle cones are a delicious bite while enjoying the ice cream that is shoved inside of it. They are very generous on their portions and worth every cent.

Salted Caramel has always been a favorite flavor of mine. Chocolate caramel chocolates with caramel syrup mixed in with this ice cream makes it so enjoyable and delicious! In the fall I always make the walk down to get some pumpkin ice cream which literally taste just like the pumpkin pie filling. The ice cream here is flavorful in each and every bite.
Have a dog? Great! Mr. G’s gives free puppy cones for your loving, loyal companion. Mr. G himself is such a wonderful person who always has a smile on his face with a wonderful attitude. The staff here is always happy to serve you and makes sure you have a great experience.

Behind the ice cream shop is the gift shop that has different items and great souvenirs for you and your family members. They have T-shirts, house decor, and more! Go do some shopping, then grab some ice cream after. You will not be disappointed stopping here for ice cream and other goodies. Not only does Mr. G’s have great ice cream but also a rich history. Known as the “Twin Sycamores house” was the house of John Winebrenner where during the Battle of Gettysburg was occupied by confederate forces. The building has bullet holes in the side of the building. During the battle there was two sycamores that sat right out front. The ones sycamore still stands and is a witness tree that still stands in the borough.
